E-Registration  FIRST STEP


First step : Accepting General Rules and Conditions

 

After studying and accepting following rules , please click "I Accept" option to enter the second step .

 

1-Organizer: 

  • Kish Trade Promotion Center

  • Safahan Ara  Exhibition Consultants Co. (SACO)

 

2- Participant:

 

         All governmental and  private industries , companies , organizations , trade  unions , and  producers

         are subjects to this exhibition.

 

3- Participation: 

  • Exhibitors can register by filling out all the registration forms that must be signed. Applicants have to make a list of items to be exhibited and the area needed for exhibition. 

  •  Application forms and balance payment (check / bank drafts) must be submitted to the organizer 30 days prior to the fair opening. 

  • Organizer reserves the right to refuse any application .The decision of the organizer is final and binding. 

  • The rights and location of the exhibitor is not transferable. 

  • In case of refusing of the participation 30 days before the fair opening, 20% of the total participation fee of that company will be detracted by the organizer and the rest will be returned to the company. After this deadline all the payment will accrue to the organizers compensation of damages and for the purpose of providing compensation for expenses incurred and the extra effort required to rent out the space again. 

  • Companies which are determined to show how their machines work should let the organizer know of it and obtain the permission of the organizer; otherwise exhibitor is liable for the probable damages to the organizer or the other exhibitors. 

  • All the exhibits should be set in the booth area, and installation of advertising banners outside of the booth area is possible by the organizer’s permission and relevant expenses.

  •  Participant is responsible for his exhibits during show times .After finishing show hours doors are sealed and the organizer is responsible for the exhibits damages. 

  • Keeping and storing flammable matters in the hall is forbidden. If it's needed to be used, a written permission of the organizer is needed. 

  • No sale is permitted, but its permitted to make contracts. 

  • Participant will choose their location on the plan. 

  • If participant is determined to exhibit Machines of 500 kg/m2 with more than 2 meters height and 3 meters width, or wants to show how their machine works formerly should inform the organizer to specify a special space for this company in the hall. 

  •  All companies and their personnel are bound to observe the dignities of Islam.

 

4- Payment:  

  • 50 percent of the total participation fee must be submitted with the fully filled application form and total payment should be done 30 days prior to the fair opening.

  •  Payment of the extra equipment and services can be done after receiving them.

 

5- Making, preparing, and setting booth:  

  • Participants who are going to construct their and themselves, should submit the construction plan to the organizer ten day prior to the opening day to set the permission for construction. 

  • Design of the organizer reserves the right to apply the required changes in the received plans . In this case exhibiting company should accept the changes; otherwise the organizer reserves the right to forbid construction , in such a case, the exhibitor remains obliged to pay the full rental fee. 

  • The construction of the stand must be completed by the final construction deadline , and the exhibit space cleared of packaging materials. 

  •  When floors covered it is forbidden to let machines come in, otherwise the exhibitor is liable for probable damages.

 

6- Electricity & Telephone: 

  • Participants must hand out the plan and amount of their electricity consumption to the organizer. Extra consumption of electricity will be calculated and exhibitor obliged to pay it. 

  • Resistance of the wire – extension is limited to use high electricity consuming apparatuses like extra projectors. If needed please inform the organizer.  

  • Application form for telephone line must be prepared, filled and handed out to the Telecommunication unit located in the exhibition site. Telephones will be installed before the opening day and its expenses will be received.

 

7- Catalogue, advertisement, photography, ID cards and parking:  

  • Participants should submit catalogue entry form 20 days before the fair opening to the organizer; otherwise the organizer will not undertake any responsibility. 

  • To advertise or put advertising stands out side of the rented space, exhibitor should receive the approval of the organizer. 

  • In order to take pictures, exhibitor should receive the approval of the organizer.  

  • Exhibitors must submit ID cards form 20 days before opening day to the organizer. Number of cards depends on the booth size of the exhibition     (2 cards for a booth of 12 m2 )

  • No car is permitted to enter the exhibition site. All cars must be parked in the parking lot.

 

8- Removal: 

  • Removal of the exhibit goods is not permitted before the end of the event.

  • Exhibiting goods which are still located on the exhibition space after the deadline for taking out the exhibits, may be removed and stored at the cost of the exhibitor. But organizer will not be liable for the losses.

  • Maximum 24 hours after closing day of the exhibition, exhibitor must have removed the exhibits from the hall and exhibition site.

 

9- Force Majeure (Acts of God):  

  • If the organizer is unable to hold or continue the event for reasons   beyond his control, he must immediately inform the exhibitor of this. In this case organizer is responsible for the exhibits of the participants.

 

10- Agreements: 

  • Any kind of agreement among the exhibitor and organizer should be settled in written form with seal and signature of both sides.
